Amethyst - This crystal serves as a general calming stone and soothes fear and stresses. It also eases the pain of losing or being apart from a loved one. Many rescued horses are disorientated and fearful and can suffer panic attacks. The amethyst will calm the mind and dispel fear and anxiety. This crystal resonates with the solar plexus and throat chakras.

Aventurine - This crystal heals emotional scars, lends confidence and soothes fears. It is indicated for use when horses are fearful and over sensitive which can have resulted from past abuse, or for those horses that always seem nervy and take fright easily for no apparant reason. Useful also for show nerves. This crystal resonates with the heart chakra.

Carnelian - This crystal is for those horses who have low confidence, low energy, depression, poor appetite, weakness during illness and sad elderly animals. They often have a lack of focus and training problems. The carnelian crystal will boost confidence and energy, improve appetite, increase the will to live and will stimulate the mental and physical faculties of older animals. . This crystal resonates with the sacral chakra.

Quartz Point - A master healer and used for any condition. When acupuncture needles are coated in quartz the effects increase by 10%. The quartz stimulates the immune system and brings the body into balance. Quartz points are often used in healing. Pointed away from the body it draws energy off. Pointed inward, it channels energy to the body.
